When Will the Shutdown End?
This is not Normal!
The U.S. government is closed. Federal workers have been furloughed or laid off. Trump schemes to increase his presidential powers. The Democrats wants to restore health care cuts and the Republicans are dragging their feet. Meanwhile, millions of Federal workers are on the job without pay.
Why are we here?
Why do politicians continue to play with the country’s economy?
Food prices are getting higher.
Gas prices are increasing.
It costs more to just live a basic life.
This isn’t right nor is it normal.
America is declibing faster than a skier on a downhill slope.
The country is about to crash. We are too calm about this situation.
We need to take o the streets, protesting this shutdown.
People need help! Our government has failed us.
The politicians only bickr and fuss and nothing gets done.
This foolishness must end.
Our deemocracy deserves better.
