With the Summer sun sizzling in every state in America, it’s important to remember to use sunscreen. Sunscreen is a vital protectant for our bodies. When it’s hot outside, you need deodorant. Well, think of sunscreen as an all-body deodorant.

Sunscreen comes in different SPFs, which are the strength levels in sunscreen. You want an SPF that will protect against the sun’s rays. Generally, most dermatologists recommend an SPF of at least 30; some may even suggest you go as high as 50, depending on your overall health.

Here are the top five places on the body where sunscreen is most needed:
