What needs to happen is an infusion of money and resources into Black and Brown communities. Black crimes does exist - just like white crime, latino crime, asian crime, etc. We as a community need to stop acting as if we don't have deviants in our communities. We make excuses for those of us who'd rather be in the streets, shooting each other, abusing each other, and not building each other up. We must help those who want the help and purge ourselves of the deviants who hold our people back.
