Usher’s Super Bowl Half-Time Show

A Fashion Extravaganza

I’m not into football — unless the Patriots are playing. So if the Pats aren’t in the big game then I’m watching for the commercials and the half-time show. For Super Bowl LVIII, Usher was the headliner this year. Everyone was looking forward to Usher’s performance. In a bit of fun, people joked that a football game was happening at Usher’s concert.

Usher did not disappoint.

Usher came out in sequins and sparkles, dancing around with energy reminiscent of Michael Jackson. His intro outfit was a silver monochromatic number, a matching jacket with a large sparkly brooch, and baggy, silver pants. His next outfit was a blue and black sparkly number and he also did a rollerskating sequence during his number.

Of course, Usher’s biggest action was when he took off his jacket and showed off a white tank top with smooth abs and ripped arms. The crowd roared with appreciation. He then had the fans going wild when he took off the tank top. It’s no wonder Usher was so active on the stage. Usher is definitely in shape.

Usher did a duet with Alicia Keyes. Keyes wore a red sequined bodysuit and looked amazing. She began her set with a flowing red cape that was almost as long as the football field. Her all-red ensemble was a form-fitting outfit complete with long-sleeved, arm-length gloves. Keyes wore little or no makeup. Her skin looked flawless and smooth.
