J.D. Vance jumped on the national stage eight years ago through his book “Hillbilly Elegy.” Now he’s former President Donald Trump’s running mate.
On Monday, Trump posted on Truth Social that he was selecting Vance for the №2 job.
Vance was born in Middleton, Ohio, and served in the Marine Corps. He later attended Ohio State University and eventually graduated from Yale Law School.
