Massive Funding Freeze Jeopardizes Millions of Americans
Hey, Trump voters! I hope you don’t need EBT, Medicaid, or Section 8 housing vouchers! Your President has placed a massive funding freeze on those supports. The freeze goes into effect at 5 p.m. today.
In addition, Trumper voters, if you have kids in college, the funding freeze also affects financial aid. Any college student hoping to get their Spring 2025 tuition paid better have a backup plan. If they’re looking for a reimbursement check, that’s on hold as well.
Isn’t it great, Trumpers? Your President, with the sweep of a pen, has placed millions of students, families, the elderly, the disabled, and veterans in financial limbo. What a great man Trump is! To harm millions of Americans and deny them the resources they need to put food on the table and keep a roof over their heads.
In addition, if you have young children at home, their complimentary breakfast and lunch programs have also been placed on hold. Millions of needy children attending public school won’t have a healthy breakfast or lunch to help them get through the school day. These free meals are often the only ones many children receive during the day. There's nothing like teachers trying to educate hungry students, eh, Trump voters?
