This is anther example of many, many examples of how BPS treats its employees. I had to resign or face dismissal and then was told I could reapply. I've spent months trying to be hired for a new position since September 2023. I've had only 3 interviews after submitting over 50 applications. Many of the positions come back "POSITION FILLED/CLOSED." I never get a chance to interview. I work three jobs, soon a 4th, to make the income I was making before as a BPS teacher. It's very stressful. I'm exhausted. But I know that someone in BPS will see my application and give me athe chance I deserve. I feel for the Gardner principal. She was in the district for a long time like me. This is how people who commit themselves to BPS are treated? Where is the loyalty?
