They’re Taking on New Designs and Styles
As Spring transitions towards Summer, one fashion staple remains at the top of every fashion girl’s list — shorts. Whether you like your shorts in denim, cotton, knit, or twill, shorts are the go-to piece in everyone’s summer wardrobe.
Depending on where you live, shorts might be as standard as a 90-degree day in Alaska or snow in Las Vegas. However, most states go through all four seasons with a lucky few enjoying an eternal summer (Miami is so fortunate!).
In New England, Spring and Summer often run together. On some Spring days, the weather reaches 80 degrees, and on some Summer days, it doesn’t go back to 60 degrees. We have sweltering days (over 100 degrees), frigid days (50 degrees in August), and every temperature in between.
But when it’s warm, the shorts come out. And whether you like micro shorts, mini shorts, above the knee, or just past it, there’s a short for every style. And this Summer of 2024 is no different. Shorts have been on the fashion runway for the past few runway seasons. Every season, the designs become more intricate and stylish.
