Thank you for sharing your story. I'm so sorry that happemned to you! Being a teen is stuff enough without the additional threat of death haning over your head. I believe in dating people outside my own culture. I believe in marrying someone outside my own culture. Love is love. However, as a Black woman, I find too many Black men turning their backs on us for the "faiirer" version. While I still believe in what I said earlier, I also believe that we should look for love from our own - first. I know so many beautiful Black women who are without a man in their lives. They're not dating or married. Some of children, sone don't. Brothers, these sistas are educated and accomplished. They own their own cars and homes. They have a good head on their shoulders. You're missing out if you ignore them.
