Social Media Trolls are Lame

Online bullying is so ignorant

Often, as I post on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter, my posts are attacked by internet bullies. These social media trolls are usually ignorant and rude, lobbing personal attacks to silence me.

But I won’t be silenced!

I will post as much as I want on social media. It’s how to connect to other people and build a following. Insults may sting for a moment, but then the moment passes. I’m ready for a comeback, and it’ll sting even worse. I don’t believe in taking the high road. If you come after me, be prepared for what happens. I won’t be kind. You’ll wish you had left me alone.

Social Media platforms allow people to explore, learn, and share their thoughts on posts. If someone posts a comment, it’s understandable for people to respond to that comment. But when the responses are insults, I don’t see the point in commenting in the first place.

I believe the trolls attack for clout. If they post a hilarious and mean response, they’ll draw attention, and people will flock to their page. When I checked out the page, I saw that the trolls often have less than 100 followers and not many posts. I believe trolls are lonely and looking for friends.

Yes, trolls are lame. A lot of them don’t have a considerable following. Many of them are grown adults…
