The Ghouls are Back!

Monster High 2 is the follow-up to the popular 2022 movie, Monster High. This live-action story of teen monsters living and learning at a school for monsters has fascinated fans for over a decade. Monster High began as a series of cartoon movies featuring Frankie Stein, Draculaura, and Clawdeen Wolf. The trio are best friends defending each other and their classmates from dangers within and outside of their school.

in Monster High 2, the friendship continues with a few wrenches (or bones) thrown into the mix. When we meet our trio, Frankie, Clawdeen, and Draculaura are sophomores at Monster High. The school has changed since last year when the son of Mr. Hyde tried to take down the school. Clawdeen had hidden the fact that she was half-human. Draculara had hidden the fact she practices witchcraft. And Frankie had just been born!

Now, a year later, Clawdeen is a monster fave. Dracularua can practice her witchcraft out in the open and Frankie has received some new upgrades. The ghouls are still besties rooming together in Monster High’s dorms. But things change when Torelei Stripe returns to school. Torelei spent a year in France and came back full of confidence and some scars — she had been attacked by witches while in Paris.

When Torelei learns that Draculaura is a witch she is less than pleased. Torelei believes that Monster High’s new acceptance standards have gone too far. Of course, this doesn’t sit well with the trip…
