I agree 100% I just wish Bazile was more passionate about helping Black educators like me. When I was forced to resign, she abruptly stopped helping me. I've been trying to get back into BPS since September 2023. Several applications later, I've had only 3 interviews. One interview led top a hioring offer that was scrapped by OHC/HR. They told the principal to find another candidate. I'm still waiting on the results of an interview I had two weeks ago for a college pathways position. This is what I've encountered either I hear nothing back or I receive an email that states the position is "filled/closed." It's very frustrating. And no one Black or Brown in BPS is helping me.
