The Most Interesting and Popular Trends for the Upcoming Season
If you’re like me, you can’t wait for warner weather (unless you’re already living in a warm climate). In the Northeast, the weather has been back to back storms filled with snow, sleet, and icy rain. In addition, the temperatures drop to zero degrees at night with highs in the 20s during the day. February has been a beast to say the least.
I actually miss the temperatures from November through mid-January. During those months, we actually had temps rise to the 50s. There was plenty of sunshine, no snow, and even rainy days were few and far between. You could actually walk about during the day in a jacket or light coat and be just fine.
Not any more.
So that’s why I look forward to April, May and June. While Spring officially begins in March, it’s usually an extension of winter — with more rain. The weather is still cold, the days are still gloomy, and the winter gear is still needed. But at least Spring means new trends to try on for the coming season.
