A New Season Means a Wardrobe Update

Today is the first day of Fall 2024. September 22nd marks the start of a new season. The days are getting shorter, and the nights are getting longer. The air is cooler, and the leaves turn on the trees. It’s time to review your closet and see what updates your wardrobe needs.

Depending on which part of the United States you live in, your closet may only need a little work. If you’re in the South, the temperatures you’ll don’t dip below 50 degrees, and most of the region gets little to no snow. If you live on the West Coast, Southern California is always sunny and warm, while Northern California goes through all four seasons. If you live in the Midwest, it’s a toss-up. Michigan always gets hit with snowstorms. Chicago is known for them. This is due to the city’s proximity to Canada. If you live in the NorthEast or East Coast, you may have snow storms, rain storms, or chilly days.

Your closet needs a thorough cleaning to determine what you want to keep, sell, or donate. You can update some basics like tank tops and tees. You may also need to add knee-high socks or cardigans to your sock collection for those cold offices.
