Black Women: What Can We Do?
Our Brothers are Bashing Us. Is it deserved?

I’m not too fond of confrontation. I try to avoid conflict as much as possible. I’m more of the passive-aggressive type. My words are my weapons. My means are to outsmart my opponent. However, lately, what I’ve seen on social media has made me holler.
Now, I have seen videos of Black women acting like fools. Black women yelling at their men like dogs. Black women doing Black men dirty by cheating on them with other men or stealing their money and possessions. This, of course, is a problem, and those Black women need to reflect on their morals and values. But it’s not all Black women, and some Black men aren’t seeing it that way.
Black men are making bank off of bashing Black women. We’re being lumped together for immodesty, untraditional attitudes, too independent, and highly selfish. Of course, some Black women fit into these categories — but not all Black women. And that’s the problem.
In addition, Black men are attacking women older than 35. This ageism has me fuming! The brothers have forgotten that Black women age like fine wine. We could be 30 and look 20, 40 and look 30, and 50 and look 15 (we are real-life Benjamin Buttons).
