I was scrolling through IG (Instagram) and came across a post by Amanda Seales about an article posted to The Grio’s website. The article was about Seales, written by Monica Judge. I read through the article and came away with mixed feelings. I’ll post the link to the article below.

Amanda Seales is not a victim of anything but her hubris

For those who don’t know, here is the definition of HUBRIS:

I don’t know much about Seales, but I enjoy her views on white supremacy and racial injustice. I follow Seales on Instagram and listen to her podcast on YouTube. Seales is an activist, actress, comedian, and public speaker. She’s at the forefront of the battle against racism in this country.

Judge wrote her piece on The Grio’s website on Tuesday, April 2nd. Here is the subtitle — OPINION: Amanda Seales recently complained about not being supported by Black media or invited into Black spaces, and she seemingly does not understand why people don’t rock with her.
